Our Guarantee Policy

First time buyers in the United States and Canada may return one opened product jar for a full refund if not completely satisfied.  Any purchaser from the United States or Canada may return unopened jars within 60 days of manufacturer's shipping date for a full refund.  

International Orders 

Tower Laboratories Corporation is not responsible for delivery problems to countries outside the USA or Canada.  The customer assumes all responsibility for lost or stolen shipments, delays, or any problems with customs including unexpected customs duties.  Tower Laboratories will make no refunds for lost or unclaimed merchandise on overseas shipments.
